| 24/04/2023 | Stones Island (11-12.15). A pair of Willow Tits seemed to be sussing out a nestbox on Stones, and another Willow Tit was in the VC courtyard. Five or six Sedge Warblers were nice to hear (as were similar number of Willow Warblers and Chiffchaffs) and showed well. A stoat did not seem in too much of a rush to avoid us. Two 'sitting' Oystercatchers (one on Watersports and one in front of the Sailing Club). | 11/02/2023 | Flock of barnacle geese on the small island in front of the wildlife centre as were some canadian geese. Teals and mallards thriving well in this stretch of water. 1 goldcrest in the shrubbery on stones island. Lapwings flying in circles overhead.
