CBC Meeting Schedule for 2025/26 commences in September
All CBC indoor meetings are held in the ‘Henmore Room’ in Carsington Water’s main centre and they start at 19.30h. Entrance fee is £2.00 to members and £2.50 to guests – Parking is free.
30 June – As mentioned above, Cath Sinclair is inviting members to a combined walk/pub chat. We plan to meet at 6pm at Sheepwash car park, then adjourn to the Miner’s Arms, Carsington (the talk will not be restricted to bird life!)
15 September – though some time off, this is an early reminder that our indoor season will resume on this date, with a talk – ‘Birdwatcher’s Photographic Diary’ – by Tony Slater
– First Sunday of the month – Birdwatching for Beginners – Meet Visitor Centre (10am-12 noon)
For Severn Trent’s spring programme, it’s often sensible to book a place with the visitor centre (on 01629 540696).
