| Simon Roddis | The juvenile Wood Sandpiper was in Brown Ale Bay this morning, though you had to get the right angle to see it! The female-type Goldeneye was also there, and a first-year Mediterranean Gull at Sheepwash early morning. Black-tailed Godwit still in BABay and Ruff and Greenshank at Sheepwash. 4 female/juv Red-crested Pochard again. 158 Teal and 18 Shoveler. One Great and 15 Little Egrets. 8 Jays, including 6 together at Hopton end. Yellow Wagtail at the north end and at least 1 Crossbill in the top of Hall Wood. | 30/08/2025 |
