Sadly, we have to report that Severn Trent earlier today [23rd March] announced the closure of the Carsington Water site – its car parks, Visitor Centre facilities, Wildlife Centre and other hides, together with all planned activities (which will almost certainly include our ‘Warbler Walk’ in May).  This decision, taken in order to help ensure everyone’s safety in the face of the expanding threat from coronavirus, is with immediate effect.  We will let you know if and these circumstances change.
